Brother Sol is the eldest of the Siblings of Creation (the children of Mother Moon and Father Storm), and considered the wisest among all of the gods. It is he who taught creation to work the land, use tools, make fire, and to harness the beats of the world. He is often at odds with his father and his mother when his fervor for civilization and development despoils the natural world of creation, but he knows they are necessary steps in order to overcome the prophecy of the End Time. He is often absent from the mortal world, preferring instead to entrust his will to paladins and clerics of his faith while he searches for the keys to defying the End Time prophecy.

At his request, there are no holidays in honor of the Wise One. Instead, he asks that on the day of the week named for him (the first day by our calendar) an hour of quiet contemplation is spent on self-reflection or study instead. It has become common practice even for those who do not take The Wise One as their patron to spend Solsday mornings quietly reading, followed by a brunch with close friends and family.
